The Baby Room Exeter CIC/Exeter Sling Library Hire terms and conditions
Thank you for setting up an account with The Baby Room/Exeter Sling Library. This account will enable you to hire items from us. Please read through these terms and conditions of hire, and remember to reread if you hire again in the future. This information will also be sent to you via link in the confirmation email when you hire an item.
I agree to:
- Pay the hire fees for the item I am hiring for the period I requested.
- Return the item on the date it is due back.
- Renew in advance if I am unable to return an item on time.
- Pay the hire cost for any renewals or late fees for any item not renewed or returned on time.
- Take care of the item I have hired and follow instructions given for care/washing/etc
- Contact The Baby Room/Exeter Sling Library for help if needed.
- Prices are reviewed every three months (though they are only rarely increased). In the event that we increase prices while you have an item on hire you will not be expected to pay the increased rate until your current hire has elapsed, or if you renew an item then you can pay the old rate until 3 months have elapsed. If you continue to hire the same item beyond that point you will be charged the new price going forward. If you fail to renew and the item is late you will be expected to pay the new rate from the date the original hire ended.
- Your personal data is only used for business purposes such as keeping track of hired items and contacting you regarding your hires. Your data will not be passed onto a third party for marketing purposes, and will only be used for business processes such as taking agreed payments.
- Terms and Conditions last revised and prices reviewed September 2021. Prices last increased April 2019.
